academy and the World Martial Arts. They have strictly observed all the rules and regulations required for leadership ability,knowledge and strong moral character to achieve instructor certification. They have honorably and successfully attained the International Instructor Certificate which is given by the World Martial Arts Federation (USA) and Japan Shotokan Karate Association (JSKA) in accordance with its bylaws.
